Who we are
This website belongs to FrostLine Roleplay (“FrostLine”, “we”, “us”), a GTA roleplay community on Xbox One. We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can contact us through our Discord ticket channel.
What this website collects
- No accounts or forms. The website does not ask you to type personal information, and nothing you type is sent to us by the site.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically process standard technical data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This keeps the site secure and working.
- Your browser storage. Described in the cookie section below.
Cookies and similar technologies
We don’t use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. The only things we use are listed here.

Our community services
Most community activity happens on third-party services: Discord for tickets, applications, and announcements, Zello for emergency services radio, and Xbox for gameplay. When you take part in FrostLine through them we may process your Discord username and ID, your Xbox gamertag, the contents of your tickets, applications, and appeals, your confirmation that you meet our age requirement, and moderation records such as warnings, suspensions, and bans.
We use this to run the community, review applications, keep players safe, enforce our rules, and handle appeals. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe, moderated community, and your consent where we ask for it. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we do not control them.
Who we share data with
We don’t sell your data. Staff members who need it to do their job can see tickets and records. Service providers such as our host, Discord, Zello, and Google (only if you accept) process data on our behalf or under their own policies. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people from harm.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Website logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own schedule. Tickets and applications are kept while they are open and for a reasonable period afterward. Moderation records may be kept longer so that bans can be enforced and appeals reviewed. You can ask us to delete your data (see your rights below).
International transfers
Providers such as Discord, Google, and our host may process data outside your country, including in the United States. They usually rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or move your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Read more and learn how to make a request on our GDPR page.
Age
FrostLine is for people aged 16 or older. If we learn that we hold data from someone under 16, we will delete it.
