How to make a request
Open a ticket in our Discord ticket channel and tell us which right you want to use. We may ask you to message from the same Discord account to confirm it is you. We aim to reply within one month.
Complaints
You can complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office. In the EU you can find yours through the European Data Protection Board. We would appreciate the chance to fix the problem first.
International transfers
Some providers we use process data outside your country, including in the United States. They usually rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. See our Privacy policy.
