Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or taking part in the FrostLine Roleplay community (“FrostLine”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or join the community.

Who can take part

You must be 16 or older. Roleplay is serious and calls for a mature mindset, a working microphone, and the ability to follow the roleplay rules.

Community rules and conduct

• Follow the RP rules and the SOPs for your department or role. The full rules are in our Discord server and summarized on the Rules page.
• Treat players and staff with respect, in character and out.
• Use radio and voice communication properly. Emergency services use Zello, which helps enforce radio etiquette.
• Do not use the website to attack, harass, or harm others, or to interfere with how it works.

Moderation

Staff may warn, suspend, or remove members who break the rules. If you believe a decision was wrong, you can appeal by opening a ticket in our Discord ticket channel.

The roleplay world

Properties, businesses, jobs, and money in FrostLine are part of the roleplay. They are fictional.

Our content

The design, text, and original artwork on this website belong to FrostLine. You may link to the site, but please do not copy it or pass it off as your own. Grand Theft Auto and Rockstar Games are trademarks of their owners. Xbox is a trademark of Microsoft. Discord and Zello belong to their companies. FrostLine is an independent community and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Third-party services

Our community runs on services like Discord, Zello, and Xbox. Your use of them is covered by their own terms and privacy policies.

No guarantees

We provide the website and community “as is”, and we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that arise from using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy and on the GDPR page.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site or community means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where FrostLine’s owners are based, unless local law gives you other rights.
